Gary was born on June  20, 1954, in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and passed away surrounded by family on June 30, 2026, in New York City, NY. Rachel Perkins was born on September, 16 1963 in Bronx, New York to the late Robert and Ethel Pauley. She attended Stevenson High School and later continued her education at Drake Business School. She built a long and dedicated career with the Administration for Children’s Services, where she worked as a Senior Contract Officer for over 25 years.
