Allen Smalls was a man. A wise man, a strong man, and a loving man. Hea was a son, a brother, a father, grandfather and a true friend.
Al was a lover and a fighter, to be loved by him was to know the true meaning of love; he was a protector and a provider of knowledge, wisdom and understanding.
Allen had a smile that could light up the darkest room and a laugh that could heal the world.
To know him was to love him, both strong and wise, with his death the world lost a Superhero, and his people gained an angel. As I write these words my heart breaks with every keystroke, but I know that he would want me and all of us to be strong.
He didn't want a big show; he would just want all of us to keep the good times and loving memories of him in our hearts and minds. He would say that he is in a better place, he would want us to continue to pray for him, pray for ourselves and to always acknowledge the power of God.
Lovingly Submitted,
Kalema
